4:365 updated - legislature and reflections

Philippe: I was going to take this, edit it, maybe create a stitch (based on three other pics) but I'm finding I'm starting to get the "modification itch" on most of my pictures. So this is a nice, untouched shot.. It's not impressive, but the walk to get it was good for me ;)

Anna: By the time I headed out to do my civic duty and vote in today's elections, I'd missed the nice fluffy snow pictured above. Instead, it was kinda-snow, kinda-rain. At 0C, things were already starting to melt, and I got this picture of our building reflected in one of them.

I like it. The building is beautiful and I like how it looms off in the distance. The snow in between softens the view.

the drops are so jewel and the snow certainly softens the substantial feel of the building
