This is a detail from a sculpture next to our city hall. It's supposed to be a ship. At least I think it is. One of my daughters thought it was supposed to be birds, and thinks it looks like a diseased insect. *L*

the upclose detail on the second sculpture really catches my interest and I do like the inukshuk, it seems very large.
Whatever it is, it's interesting!
I agree - it looks somewhat diseased or barnacled, whatever it is! lol
