I've been going through some of my old photos in my flickr account and just had to share this one. I just love lionfish!

This was taken at one of the aquariums in West Edmonton Mall four years ago! The aquariums are now gone and the area is under construction - the entire mall is slowly undergoing a huge renovation, little by little, with most of the work being done at night after the shops are closed. I am hoping they're going to put in new aquariums, but have no idea what is being built behind those temporary walls.

I wonder what they've done with the fish?

Rainbow Sundogs

Meant to post this one a while ago.  Taken on a cold, clear morning, Jan. 11.  Sadly, I was unable to capture the bright rainbow colours in the sun dogs.

Hammer Time

It's been a long time since I've walked West Edmonton Mall.  Doing the entire mall, including the side halls, took me a little more than half an hour, minus the time it took to snap some shots of the giant, robot jackhammer of awesomeness.

Christmas Market

All set up for the Sherwood Park Christmas Market.  This is also the debut of Dolph, my new head with neck.  Sadly, my budget did not allow for a torso, but I can fit a light in Dolph!
