Anna: Here we have the newly opened Art Gallery of Alberta. The design for this - and the accompanying price tag - was quite controversial. I think it's neat. We haven't gone in yet. Saving that for a quiet, weekday. I look forward to seeing how it looks on the inside!

Winter wonderland

Anna: I just had to get some shots off our balcony this morning! Not only where the trees beautifully covered with crystilline frost, but the air itself was glittering in the sunlight. You can sort of see how it was glittering on the right side of the photo.

Quite lovely!

Keeping me company

Quite entertaining! *L*

Anna: Today my daughter and I got to play with puppies. They were so adoreable! It was fun to get my dog fix with them. :-D

Doesn't that face look kinda like an Ewok?

Wrong. Just, wrong!

This morning, I just had to ask my husband to get this photo for me when I saw it. This rather horrifying photo is the back of my right heel. I don't have cracks in my heel. I have canyons. With little mysterious black bits in them. And pieces of fuzz caught on the rough edges.

Ew.

Ew, ew, ew.

I'm kinda glad I can't see that backs of my heels very often.

Though I have to wonder, which is worse. That fact that I asked my husband to dig out the macro lens and take the photo - or the fact that he did it! *L*
