Every time

Whenever my daughter sets up to sketch, Finn comes over, attacks her book and pencils for a while, the settles down by (or on!) her sketchbook.

Repairing the damage left by Occupy Edmonton.  Nice new path, graded sod and planting boxes. Still lots of nails in the trees, though.

Finn loves this rug. This is one of two spots on it he loves to burrow under, then go for a nap. This corner, unfortunately, is in a high traffic area and I almost stepped on him!

This is what we woke up to this morning!

It was still coming down hard at the time; those giant, fluffy damp flakes that stick to everything. After clearing the van of snow, I sat inside to quickly post a photo on facebook, cleaned the melted snow off my glasses - then had to clear the windows again, because I could no longer see!

It's only 0C as I write this, and we're supposed to hit 3C by this afternoon. Things are going to be VERY messy out there!

The new cat is certainly entertaining! You should hear the purring when he does this.
